How to Apply: Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these simple steps to secure your free conference ticket:

Step 1

Ensure your company is registered with HRD Corp

Check HRDC Portal

Step 2

Submit HRD Corp Grant Application

  • Submit via e-TRIS (at least 2 weeks before event).
  • 30% upfront payment to be released upon HRDCorp approval, with the balance payable after the conference.
  • Any shortfall due to insufficient levy balance will be borne by the Employer.
  • Once approved, please share the grant letter and signed JD14

Step 3

Confirmation of Ticket Purchase

Your spot is confirmed with the QR code in your email!

Step 4

Attendance

Sign the T3 form at the HRD Corp counter on conference day.
